Salteado de pollo y vegetales / Sautéed chicken and vegetables

Me gusta comprar un pollo entero, hacerlo al horno muy sencillo (sal, pimienta y/o limón y/o hierbas), comer las patas-muslos y después usar el resto para otras comidas. A veces hago tartas, a veces salen cosas como esta.
