Té chai / Chai tea

Hace no mucho conté que tengo cantidad de tés en casa, pero rara vez tomo otro que no sea el típico té negro con leche. Otro que sí me gusta un montón es el chai, con todas sus especias y sabor intenso. Debo confesar que me encanta el chai de Starbucks que venden en saquitos, y que el chai de Twinings que tengo no me convence del todo. Pero, como muchas cosas se pueden replicar en casa, agarré la receta de Juliana López May y la hice.

Not so long ago I wrote that I have a lot of teas at home, but I rarely drink any other than the typical black tea with milk. I also really do like chai tea, with all its spices and strong flavor. I must confess I love the Starbucks’ chai that they sell in tea bags, and that I don’t particularly love the Twinings’ chai that I have. But as a lot of things can be done at home, I took Argentine chef Juliana López May’s recipe for chai tea and made it.
