Anchoa al papillote / Anchovy en papillote

El fin de semana pasado fuimos al barrio chino en busca de distintas cosas, entre ellas, pescado. Después de horrorizarme con los precios del salmón, lenguado y demases, reparé en las anchoas, cuyo precio era mucho más normal. El pescadero dijo que quedaban muy bien al horno, así que le hice caso.
